Shame on Sen. Tito Sotto if it is true that he, an elected legislator, plagiarized an inappropriate blog for his speech regarding a bill concerning public interest. His arguments doesnt even have strong basis. Remind me again how he won a seat in the Senate? In UP, plagiarism is a ground for expulsion, what more this?
